Pompeii is the worldwide famous Roman town buried under the ashes of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. The tour offers an overview of the Archeological site that is extremely huge and rich of interesting buildings. In 2 hours the visitor will have the chance to see the most famous landmarks such as the Roman roads, the Theatres, The Thermopolia (a sort of fast food of the Roman times), the bodies of the victims of Pompeii, the Thermal Baths and many other places that tell a story. According to the openings I’ll show you the private houses owned by members of different social status for an in-depth understanding of how life looked like 2000 years ago. My tour is flexible, open to your needs and interests. I’m always available to customize the itinerary according to you preferences and to extend the length of the tour if you want to spend more time touring with me.

Meet and greet. I'll be at the agreed location holding a board with your name on it.
The tour starts with and introduction to the town of Pompeii, its birth and its final moments owing to the eruption of Mount Vesuvius.
Visit of the Theatres and public road for a full immersion in the every day life of Pompeiians.
According to the excavation works and the openings we'll visit together the private Houses in perfect state of preservation. I'll point you also many little details difficult to find on the guide books that show curious aspect of the daily life.
During the tour you'll see also the Plaster casts, a moving moment in wich you'll be face to face with the victims of the disaster.
The next stop a complex of Thermal Baths where Roman Pompeiians were used to relax and socialize.
At the end of the tour we'll stop in the Forum, the main square of Pompeii where you'll se public buldings and a spectacular view of Mount Vesuvius dominating the town. The best moment for a panoramico shot!
