We meet at 10:30 a.m. and go to the market, we buy the food and we go home, my private charming home, located inside an historical noble palazzo of XII cent in front of the Cathedral.
Arrived home you will have a glass of cold sicilian white wine and we will start cooking together. We will prepare 4 dishes from the appetizer till the dessert, everything local and tipically sicilian. You will learn how to prepare pasta alla norma, pasta with anchiovies aor sardines and fennel, pasta with sicilian pesto, the caponata, the arancine, the fish or beef rolls, the cassata dessert or biancomangiare or some other local sweet, as Sicily is very famous for the desserts tradition as well. At about 01:00 p.m. we have lunh, with sicilian wines too, and a certificate will be released by the Chef after all.
